Acharya Provides Different Clubs for Students Activities

Active participation in diverse clubs is vital for holistic student development at Acharya. Students get an opportunity to learn new skills or enhance the skills they already possess. Joining a club is also the best way to find a community and build strong friendships with people who share your interests. It helps build memories that will stay with you for a long time.

Acharya hosts clubs spanning nature, psychology, literature, art, dance, cinema, etc., providing a platform for engaging events. Acharya's Original Nights sparks creativity, where students are encouraged to explore and showcase their skills in short films, poetry, music, stand-ups, technology and much more.

Meanwhile, Acharya Motorsports promotes eco-friendly transportation through global SAE events, supporting student racers nationally. Student racers are given opportunities to take on various circuits around the country. Eligible candidates are funded by Acharya to take part in events.

Clubs like the nature watch club recognized by AICTE for ecological initiatives, and the socially active iCare group conducting CSR activities, contribute significantly to student growth and community welfare. These activities have made Acharya clubs some of the best in the country.

National Service Scheme

National Service Scheme [NSS] Government Financing Unit - Acharya Institute of Technology organizes several extension activities to promote institute neighbourhood community to sensitize the students towards community needs. The students of our college actively participate in social service activities leading to their overall development. conducted several extension and outreach activities in key areas such as skill development for underprivileged children, awareness programs on government schemes for rural women, COVID Awareness, healthy diet during COVID 19, perception and safety practices about COVID-19, School Bell, Helping needy, Awareness on proper utilization of water and electricity, Enhancing fundamental mathematical skills for government school children’s and awareness program on BASAVANA’s Vachanagalu, “All Girls Hackathon” for underprivileged government school and college girl children, environmental consciousness programs such as “Swachha Bharat Abhiyan” in neighbouring villages for youth and the general public, and also awareness programs on drug free campus, voting rights, road safety and menstrual hygiene.

The Big O – Tech Community

The Big O serves as a hub for technology enthusiasts and innovators. The club promotes knowledge sharing in areas such as programming, emerging technologies, and digital innovation through workshops, coding sessions, and technical discussions.

Hindi Sahitya

Hindi Sahitya Club is dedicated to promoting Hindi language and literature. The club organizes literary activities such as poetry recitations, storytelling sessions, debates, and cultural discussions that celebrate the richness of Hindi literary traditions.

AIMUNSOC

AIMUNSOC provides students with a platform to engage in Model United Nations activities and diplomatic simulations. Members develop skills in public speaking, negotiation, international relations, and policy analysis through debates and conferences.

I Care – Awareness Campaign Club
